West Hills Health & Rehabilitation Hosts Leaders for Long-Term Care Discussion

Portland, Ore. (May 8, 2025) – West Hills Health & Rehabilitation recently welcomed two health care association leaders for a timely discussion on the future of long-term care: Phil Bentley, president and CEO of the Oregon Health Care Association (OHCA), and Cliff Porter, president and CEO of the American Health Care Association (AHCA/NCAL).

During the visit, Bentley and Porter met with residents and team members to learn about the community’s innovative programs and commitment to compassionate care. These conversations helped highlight the importance of continued support and advocacy for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, especially as the industry adapts to ongoing change. Bentley and Porter concluded their visit with a community tour, offering a closer look into the Platinum Service® philosophy.

West Hills Health & Rehabilitation is grateful for the time, leadership, and commitment Bentley and Porter dedicate to advancing quality care for seniors and individuals in Oregon and across the nation.
